| Any idea on what to do? I conctacted customer support twice, they didn't respond at all!!!!!! |

Hi Josh,
Your license key was sent out on the 28th, at 11:50 am. That is less than two hours after we received the order. I just tried contacting you again but the e-mails seem to be bouncing.
Either:
1) You accidently gave us the wrong email adress (typo, or similar)
2) A spamfilter is blocking our communication
In any case, you will ofcourse recieve what you ordered, check your private messages.
Also I will edit the topic because the fault is not on our side.

I ordered an ABL 2 on 16th December but still haven't received the license key and have had no reply from customer support.

It was sent out on the 17th at 9am in the morning. It seems we have having some kind of delivery problems. Check your private messages..!
