I would love to see a distortion /overdrive effect built into the ADM. Much like in ABL, because a good distortion is just about as usable (or rather: essential) for 606/808/909 sounds as it is for 303 sounds imho.

I'd like to have at least one unit for the master output, but it would also be great to have one (switchable) each per individual output channel (preferably one should then also be able to have both open and closed hihat mixed to one output).

Of course I could also live with having to insert 11+1 distortion plug-ins in the ADM's output channels in the VST host, but I suspect it could be much more efficient in CPU cycles and enable a better workflow when distortion would be integrated into the VSTi.

ADM has a mangler (distortion of sorts) which can be active on selected channels (or parts as we call them). The exactly specification of the mangler isn't finished yet, but it'll be useful.
