Update instructions

- Start AudioRealism Bass Line
- Click the Bass Line logo OR go
to Option->About Bass Line
- Write down the registration
information (User, Code) presented there.
- Check your mail box.
- Download and install the update. The
update should be installed over your current installation, but you might
need to copy the dll to additional locations if you have several hosts/setups.
